I know what it feels like to work harder than your revenue reflects.

In 2016, launching my third company, year one brought a $30,000 deficit, a lost partner, a lost title sponsor, and customer complaints. Then the Canadian dollar crashed to its lowest point in over 20 years.

I did not build my way out of that in a classroom or a consulting firm.

I built it in the real world, in real chaos, under real pressure, being held to a literal Disney level standard.

For years I had been bringing Disney Institute to Canada and running three-day leadership summits for thousands of service and hospitality leaders. We implemented everything we learned so relentlessly that Disney’s own senior facilitators ranked us the number one sponsored learning program worldwide. One year after that deficit, the same business was generating seven figures. Our attendees kept asking the same question - how exactly did you do that? So I stopped hosting other people’s programs and built my own.
