I did not build my way out of that in a classroom or a consulting firm.
I built it in the real world, in real chaos, under real pressure, being held to a literal Disney level standard.
For years I had been bringing Disney Institute to Canada and running three-day leadership summits for thousands of service and hospitality leaders.
